Smoking is a dangerous inducement to cancers. For example, as many professionals point out, the possibility of smokers to get lung cancer is 10 times as much as that of non-smokers. Also, the cardiovascular disease incidence rate among the smokers is much higher than that among the non-smokers. China now has 320 million smokers, and the population of female and teenage smokers is increasing dramatically. Prof. Li Liandi from National Cancer Prevention Research Office estimates that nearly 100 million among the under-29 male smokers will die of various health problems caused by smoking in 2050, and the number of decedents among female smokers will reach several million. In addition, "The Assessment of the Cost of Smoking Problem in China, 2005" calculates that Chinese smokers burned 250 billion yuan in that year. Such substantive individual and social costs made quitting an urgent affair in nowaday China.
However, we believe that many smokers fail to quit not because they do not discern the dangers of smoking, but because they do not know how to resist temptation of re-smoking. Thus, we have decided to introduce to our customers SPRC's Quit Kit. This kit designs a "Quit Day" way to solve the smoking problem by integrating psychic and physiological perspectives.
