D. Sports (III): National Arts: Traditional Exercises
 

It is widely known that Chinese traditional exercises have been used to calm nerves, enhance functions of viscera, improve balance ability and strengthen cartilages and ligaments. Moreover, compared with other physical exercises, Chinese traditional exercises are safer and more adaptive to people with different body configurations. SPRC thus design a healthcare class based on our national art, Taiji.

Our CEO Dr. Deng Zhifeng and VP Mr. Sui Yi are both direct apprentices of the 7th generation master of Yang Taiji. Based on our understandings of traditional exercises, we have revised SPRC's class and put in many elements of Yang Taiji. While introduce national arts to our customers, we hope they can also enjoy the "harmonious" worldview embedded in these exercises.
